About Us

Hi, I’m Jeff Olchowy - a Journeyman Plumber & Gasfitter with over twenty years of experience in the plumbing and heating industry. I thrive on using my extensive experience and problem solving skills to navigate plumbing and heating issues with ease.

Growing up in Saskatchewan, I spent my evenings and weekends helping my dad, who is also a plumber, with any and every job needed. This experience has given me the tools to adequately diagnose and fix even the most complex issues within the field. My attention to detail, customer service skills and pride in my work is what has inspired me to start my own company. I have spent the last 7 years working for a successful Calgary plumbing company, servicing residential and light commercial buildings in the Calgary and surrounding area.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife, Megan and our two dogs. 

Meet Megan! The newest member of our team:
 

Megan has joined the Flame & Faucet team as a third-year plumbing apprentice. She is a hard worker and is a very positive addition to our company.

 

Megan is passionate about customer service and attention to detail in her work. She works hard to ensure every job is done correctly and in a timely manner. What she loves most about Flame & Faucet is the small company feel and her opportunity to learn more about her community, meet new people and grow her knowledge within her trade.

 

Megan is also a certified cross-connection specialist, helping to protect our clean drinking water in the city.

 

In her spare time, Megan enjoys going for walks, reading books and spending time with her friends and boyfriend, Jordan.
